Cleo is the third restaurant from Three Top Hospitality, founded by Halley Chambers and Kip Green in 2022. The group was built on the belief that restaurants should be joyful, generous, and rooted in the neighborhoods they serve. Margot opened in 2023 and set the tone for their approach: simple, thoughtful food with warm, attentive service. Since then, they’ve opened Montague Diner, a classic all-day American spot, and led projects including Heaven and Earth Wine Bar and Dilly Dally.
